A decorative something

This little artwork is inspired by artworks of

I had some kind of artblock over the weekend, wasn't able to draw anything propperly, but after I sat down, made my place comfortable etc. I thought I could take a look at an artbook from yaichino.

And then I sketched.
Actually this was supposed to be a simple and actually pretty rough sketch (you don't even need to look closely to see that the lineart isn't clean at all xD).
After that was done I thought that I could add a flat colouring, just to see if blue hair would suit him.
And after that I thought a little bit shading wouldn't hurt.
And this continued until I've spend about 2 1/2 hours in one go on it xD
It was 3 A.M. after that, haha^^

But I like it^^ At least I got something done this weekend, and this is a nice feeling~
